PRAYERS FOR THE NATION OF KENYA
Kenyans to walk in the light (1 John 1:7)
• Godly family values; presence of fathers and mothers in parenting their children, children respecting their
parents and elders, praying against foolishness in our off springs (Proverbs 17:21)
• Reverence of God; praying against a heart that denies the existence of God
• Pray for Kenyans to be patriotic and speak positively about the motherland
• Biblical moral values to guard our society; praying against compromising values of life
• Unity and love; praying against hatred among the people of Kenya, pray against tribalism, favoritism, and
nepotism (Psalm 133)
• Sanctity and reverence of human life; praying against feet that run to do evil and to shed innocent blood (Isaiah 59:7)
• Justice and righteousness: Pray that righteousness and justice are founded in Kenya and that God’s steadfast
love and faithfulness to be found in our society (Psalm 89:14)
